If you find yourself unhappy with a purchase you've made for any reason, we encourage you to return the items(s) for an exchange or refund. Please read our Returns and Exchanges Policy below for more information.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Any item returned more than 30 days after the original ship date will be eligible for store credit only. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been worn. All items must be returned in new condition with all original tags and labels attached.

Please follow the detailed directions on the back of your packing list to return merchandise for exchange or credit. Always use a traceable form of shipping for returns (for example: UPS, Federal Express). If your merchandise is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item at no additional shipping cost.

Returns:
Please return any item within 30 days for a full refund of your merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use our prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund. Any item returned more than 30 days after the original shipping date will be eligible for store credit only. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been worn. All items must be returned in new condition with all original tags attached.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange any of your items for any reason, please use the enclosed prepaid label and we will provide free ground shipping on your exchange (UPS shipments only). This offer applies to one exchange shipment per order and does not apply to "Final Clearance" items. We are unable to provide a prepaid label for post office shipments.

Final Clearance Items:
Final Clearance items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days for store credit only. We will not issue any refunds for Final Clearance items. Free shipping offers do not apply to Final Clearance items.

Refund processing:
We will process your return promptly upon receipt, however it may take up to 14 days for your package to reach us. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Your refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

Shipping & Handling

Your order will be filled as promptly as possible. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes approximately 2 - 6 business days. You will be informed of any delay of more than 10 days from the date of order. Post office boxes may be shipped via USPS only.

Standard Delivery: $0 - $49.99 $5.95 $50.00 - $99.99 $7.95 $100.00 - $174.99 $12.95 $175.00 and up free Rush Delivery: 2nd Day Air Add $10 ($25.95 total for orders over $175) Next Day Air Add $20 ($35.95 total for orders over $175)

Additional charges may apply to domestic orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, including Hawaii, Alaska and any US territories. Additional charges may also apply to APO and FPO orders.

International Orders:

International customers may place their orders through International Checkout. Just browse the Tall Couture website, then click the link below (also available on the checkout page). You will be redirected to the International Checkout website where you will fill out a special international order form. International Checkout is an independent service company that specializes in international shipping. Their expertise in import/export allows them to provide you with a full landed cost in your own currency, so there will be no surprise tariffs when your package arrives.
